Dear friends,
1. The following is the Standard Operating Procedure that was adopted for the conduct of Elections to the Membership of the Executive Committee (Office Bearers and Area Representatives) 2026.
- Announcement of Elections and calling for Nominations
- Receiving of Nominations within the specified cut-off time
- Scrutiny of Nominations received for correctness
- Publishing of Nominations list, and allowing of time for withdrawals
- Receiving of Withdrawals (if any) within the specified cut-off time
- Finalising list of Nominated persons on Ballot List for Secret ballot on the specified date.
2. Valid Nominations received:
- 2.1. ELEVEN (11) of the 12 posts received only one VALID NOMINATION each.
- 2.2. The Twelfth (12th) post did not receive any (Zero) Nominations.
3. In view of the above,
3.1. THE ELEVEN (11) POSTS THAT HAVE ONLY 1 NOMINATION EACH, are declared FILLED UNANIMOUSLY.

3.4. Since Elections have been UNANIMOUS, NO ELECTION (ONLINE OR IN-PERSON) WILL BE HELD ON JULY 02, 2026.
The Electoral Officers thank all the Home-Owners for the confidence reposed in us. We have carried out the activity entrusted to us with utmost sincerity. We also thank the Returning Officers for their willingness to participate in this process; in the absence of an Election, their functions also stand revoked.
All original documents will be handed over to the Chairman of the New Committee, for filing in the MHOWA Office.
